The problem I'm having is that the new Verizon Fios has no reference to the manufacturer of the receiver/transmitter or code. Being a holiday weekend, there is no one at Bose or Verizon to provide guidance. The last time I spoke to Bose, there was no need to look up codes, just press 2 specific buttons on the remote.....problem is I thought I wrote done those instructions but cannot find them.
