I have been a Verizon customer since December 2011 and I am sorry that I made the change. They say you never miss a good thing until its gone and I MISS COMCAST. Customer service sucks with Verizon and no one seems to know what they are doing when it comes to billing. For the past three months I have had charges on my bill that I did not authorize and the customer service representative placed me on hold and never returned to the phone. Believe me as soon as my contract has ended I am going back to Comcast.
