Went into renewal center while logged into my account and address and received an offer for 69.99 for months 1-7 and 74.99 for 8-24 with a downgrade in service from extreme HD to prime and 25 mbps download to 15 mbps download. I currently pay 84.99 a month base without equip. Here is the screen shot of the offer below. Once I clicked checkout it switched to 89.99 for the full 24 month term. Why would I downgrade my internet and tv, which is not on contract, get on a 2 year contract and pay $5 more for this privilege? I feel very cheated and betrayed at the moment.
