DVR splits program

Hello,

I'm still using the older STB (QIP61416) and recently when the DVR records a program, it will split it into two recordings. One part might be 23 minutes and the next might be 37 minutes but they show up on the menu lke two seperate programs. Has anyone else encountered this and is there a solution?

Normally doesn't occur, but sometimes will. Common reason is if a Emergency Alert System test comes on. Any other disruption to signal or power can also cause it to occur.
