HBO GO doesnot work

hbo go does not work with my fios tv with HBO subscription. I tried to log in and it says "SIngle Sign on error" . When i contact chat representitive, he says i have username of verizon.com account and not verizon.net account. He says since i only have fios tv and no fios internet connection, i may not be able to access any of the online TV.

Is this true ???

since you have both, then you need to merge them into one.

go to http://activate.verizon.net and ignore the order number side, and go to the login side, and use your email address.

it will begin merging your user id's so that you have only one (it will be your email address) and then you'll be able to do the online tv features like hbo go.
