Did not get what I was promised when I signed up for Verizon

I was promised a $200.00 prepaid Visa card when I signed up for Verizon fios, back in April 2011 and i still have not received it. I have had problems with every promotion I have ever signed up for with Verizon. That's why I keep switching back to COMCAST.

I became a member around April as well, trying to figure out when will I get my promotion. I hope you recieved yours by now. Wondering if that was all a selling trick to get customers in Verizon?
