INTERNET SPEED - POPUPS - VERIZON RESPONSE

Verizon is very slow to access my email and other sites. It takes 20 to 60 seconds every day to access any site. Secondly I have contacted verizon in regards to popup mesage i receive EVERY DAY ALL DAY ALL DAY AND IT IS ANNOYING. MESSAGE AS FOLLOWS: YOUR SESSION HAS BEEN TIMED OUT. PLEASE TRY AGAIN. GET THIS MESSAGE EVEN IF COMPUTER IS OF 24 HOURS. WHAT DOES IT MEAN? ALSO my daily routine to get to internet is to click away popup message sign in to wrong home page (A VERIZON SPECIAL) am asked to choose my homepage and when i do do NOT get it. This as been a 3 week problem and i am not able to get verizon to respond at all. As a 6 year verteran to verizon i expected better and faster response. Please respond ASAP or you may force me to go elsware.

2. Where are you getting this meesage? On the Verizon email page? On your home page?

3. What browser are you using? Have you tried running it without addons?

4. You are asked to choose your homepage by... what?
