Can't remove old dvr from my online equipment list.

Switched out DVR a while back. Named new DVR "Den". The old DVR named "Living Room" still shows in my equipment list and is the default when clicking on any manage button or recording a show online. Very frustrating. How do I remove the old "LR" DVR?

How long ago did you return it?

It should disappear when Verizon removes it from your account after return.

If it has been a while, double-check bill to make sure you aren't being billed.
