Mini box

Has anyone had trouble with the new mini box. Mine constantly loses connection to the main box. Tech support is no help. I have had 5 different techs to the house. Everything possible has been replaces. Who else is having this issue? Any fixes out there?

As has been said before, the mini has subpar wireless abilities. It rarely connects well directly to the wireless network. The way to do wireless with the mini is to get an extender, wire it to the mini and connect it wirelessly to the main network.
