my remote will not change volume or turn of the tv. I replaced the batteries but still doesnt work
Is the remote new?
Did it work previously?
Try programming procedure again.
Turn on your TV and press the OK and Fios TV buttons together and hold them until the red LED comes on. Now press and hold the play buton until your TV turns off then press the OK button. The remote should now be programmed to your TV.
