I subscribed to NFL RedZone on 12/3/2011. After realizing it was not what we expected, we cancelled the service the next day. Unfortunately, I am still being charged for it! 
On last month's bill there was "Charge 1 of 4" for $12.50. Furious, I called the customer service line and the CSR assured me that the $12.50 would be credited back on this month's bill. However, low and behold, my new bill arrived and there is a charge for "Charge 2 of 4" for yet another $12.50 and no credit! I would really like someone to tell me how to get this off my bill once and for all. It is an outrage to have been charged $25 for a channel that we no longer have and have never even watched but for about 10 minutes.
