Hi,
Is was wondering if you can please explain to me exactly what "Total Voice Additional Services charges" are? I would like to know why I am being charged $18.99 on my account for something I am not sure what it is.
I checked the billing glossary for an explanation, but I didn't understand it's definition. Can you please help me understand my bill more?
