The last bill I received was in October and I promptly made the payment. Since then I have not received any bill. I log into my account and it shows as up to date and when I've tried calling or online chatting with a Verizon representative I simply can't get a straight answer. I'm very concerned that I'm being charged and just not being told, but I have no idea how much to pay or how I can get an accurate bill.
Any ideas on what to do?
