HORRIBLE COMPANY

This company is absolutely horrible-sent me to collections for a canceled service but never sent me a bill-I see many more like this on this board-Did the same thing to my elderly neighbor and then 2 months later she received a check in the mail for the exact amount. **bleep** poor service!!!! I will be telling everyone I can not to use Verizon-bad news spreads fast Verizon!

I concur with your assessment with Verizon as a terrible, incompetent company who lacks values, does not care about their customers. This is exactly what happens when a company gets too large, the exectives get rich, the customer service reps are underpaid, undervalued and under skilled. I have just about had enough of their lack of support, disorganization and all around incompetence. I WILL be sure to tell my friends, family, and facebook about how terrible verizon is, and that to investigate service with a different provider, it will save time and stress. The online system is failed and loses payments, if you move and transfer service - forget it! Your service will not work! You will be mis charged and getting it remedied is a giant headache!
