I got a reply to a question I asked and because of the nature
of the message is confidential, they want me to retrieve it in a secure environment.
That's fine but where is it ?
According to the message in the auto reply email I got it says
To receive and/or reply to your message, please sign in to your account at http://www.myverizon.com and select the Account tab in top red bar, then click on Account Profile. Click on the New Messages link above the Bill Summary section.
I did that but there is no such link on that page
The only time I see the bill summary is when I click on account overview and there is no new messages link above that
If I click on Account profile the Bill Summary section disapears and there is nothing there on the right side
Did the new message link was moved ?
Is there a more direct way to get to it ?
