Where is the new message link ?

I got a reply to a question I asked and because of the nature
of the message is confidential, they want me to retrieve it in a secure environment.

That's fine but where is it ?

According to the message in the auto reply email I got it says

To receive and/or reply to your message, please sign in to your account at http://www.myverizon.com and select the Account tab in top red bar, then click on Account Profile. Click on the New Messages link above the Bill Summary section.

I did that but there is no such link on that page

The only time I see the bill summary is when I click on account overview and there is no new messages link above that

If I click on Account profile the Bill Summary section disapears and there is nothing there on the right side

Did the new message link was moved ?

Is there a more direct way to get to it ?

Ok I found it today but it's not in the Account profile it's in the Account overview

Not only it was not where they say it's supposed to be it wasn't there at all on any tab

Someone at verizon needs to change the auto repy message to keep out all the confusion
