How do I change the name next to the welcome on the top right corner

I had a separate account for the internet but I was using the same phone line as the teleppone account holder

Somehow the 2 names got linked together and when I log into my internet account I see the name of the telephone account holder next to the welcome at the top right corner

Is there any way I can change that to my own name without making a lot of phone calls to Verizon
