Back in august of 2010, I placed a order for a bundle package for DSL and phone. for a year I've been calling every month to get them to bundle this the way I ordered, and I always get the same answer that it was taken care of. Well this never happened, I was still getting charged individual charges for both at regular rate. Last month I finally got someone's attention and they said they would take care of it. Well today I get shut off notice, of course the problem has not been solved and now there is a bill of over 300.00 and they want me to pay. so I call them guess what their computers are down. I think I finally had it I asked her for the customer advocacy number and was told she did not have it. I guess from reading all the similar posts my only solution is to file a complaint with the board of public utilities in Newark.
