DVR Box turns on to FIOS News -501

We replaced all our boxes (2 SD and 2 HD DVR). I have changed 3 of our 4 boxes. The 2 SD boxes work perfectly. The DVR box in the living room turns on to Channel 501 -- FIOS News. I want it to turn on to whatever channel I was watching when I shut it off.

I went into settings and checked the option for the box to turn on to the last viewed channel. It continues to turn on to 501.

How do I fix this?

Unplug power to the box for about a minute. Put the power back in, check that setting, you should be ok.

Thanks for your reply. I had already done that. It didn't work.

I wound up calling customer service. They had me disable a bunch of settings and that solved it.

Found the option, here it is:

Settings->System->FiOS TV One Mini Settings->Power On Channel->Last Viewed Channel
