Password Change function not working?

Being paranoid about all these hacked and published usernames and passwords, I am trying to change my account password on the Verizon site. The password change widget takes my new password, tells me the change was successful and that a confirmation will be sent to me shortly, then...DOES NOTHING! No confirmation, no password change. Been trying since 7/13, last try was today.

Anybody else experiencing this?

EDIT: BTW, I've tried both IE and FF, recent versions...

Same here. I've tried scores of times over the last few days; even when a Verizon agent resets it for me, it doesn't work! Verizon needs to get on this fast, or bill paying is going to be a chore!
