Add account to existing my verizon user id

I have an existing My Verizon User ID, which was associated with an account that has been terminated. I now have a new account number. Is there a method to link my new account number with my existing My Verizon User ID? I prefer to do this rather than register for a new My Verizon User ID.

when you go to activate.verizon.net - the system cross references your user id's and tries to match/merge/associate them. so give that a try. use your verizon email address to log into that system if you can.
