Not happy at all. Been with Verizon over 5 years and have yet to have a problem that they couldn't help me with until now. June 23rd, 2012, renewed contract for triple play, was given a false price quote and you are now telling me to pay $230 dollars to cancel service if I don't want what you have to offer. What you offered me was a lie at 79.99 for the Triple Play which is what we had been paying. Verbally told the sales rep PRIOR to renewing contract if we could not keep it at that price, would look elsewhere. He said it would not change. Called Verizon today and no one could help a customer who has been with you guys this long. Anyone else have a problem like this, if so what was the next step you took?
