New guide channel button skips 2 pages

The Quantum guide updated a couple of days ago, and I just found out that when I use the channel up/down button when viewing the program guide, it skips 2 pages instead of 1. I was searching for a specific channel, and kept missing it. Then I notice a big gap in numbers between one page and the next. When I used the arrow buttons, I noticed the missing channels.
Is this a bug?

It stopped doing now. It just skips one page now. I swear I saw it before. I tried it several times to make sure I wasn't crazy. Must be an intermittent bug.
