Hi there,
Just checking the FIOS digital home phone service and found a surprising page!
My Cycle (whatever that is...) ends 12/31/1899
It also says that I have used the service for 261 minutes - since yesterday!
That is totally wrong - we have not been on the phone for over 4 hours!
How do I get this checked out?
