I have contacted the BBB about this issue and thought it was resolved. But not to my surprise was the phone line not working less then a day later. Is this a common issue? Do I have to beg for service when I am up to date with my payments, to the point that I have a credit on my account? Do I need to spend another month trying to figure out why I cant have a copper line as I would like? Does anyone really know how to solve issues in this company? Is anyone ever on the same page?
