No dial tone, checked the NID outside, no dial tone there either. Unable to reach anyone in service. Verizon landlind service has monopoly over this area other then bloody Time Warner, I require a phone for my job (no cell service in these here parts) ugh. I am at my wit's end. For years there has been phone service then all of a sudden no phone service, I guess this is what one gets when they stop service and go to crappy Voip and then try to come back to high charge landline service.
