I have had this service for over a month and am still not able to call any international phone numbers. Any ideas?
Sounds like an issue to call customer service about.
We have the WorldPlan 300 and our calls to Germany and Ghana are met with "Your Call Cannot Be Completed As Dialed"
Yet with Skype and Phone cards they go through.
We don't want to give up on this service but we're about to. We've called Verizon but so far they seem unable to help
