Is there, or can there be a way to view caller ID on-line?
Depends on the type of phone service. Both FIOS phone plans (FIOS Freedom essentials and Fios Digital Voice) can. Don't know about the other phone services.
For fios digital voice you can view it at:
www.verizon.com/fiosvoice
If you have digital voice you can view call logs right from your TV too.
