My DSL service with Verizon was turned on just after Christmas.
First, I had issues installing the software, finally had to bypass installing it, and tech support got me connected without it.
Next, I had some of the same intermittent connection problems that I have read about from other users on this forum.
(The connection would be fine sometimes, and sometimes, we would have NO connection, and at other times, it was "limited or no connectivity". This went on and off from January 2 - January 28.
Now, and since Jan. 28, we have had no connection at all, and the DSL light on our Westell 6100 is blinking green. I cannot find any information about this particular issue. I have found issues about it blinking red, but never green... According to my computer, it is connected, and the connection is working fine, but browser goes nowhere.
Unfortunately, Verizon DSL is the only internet I can get where I live now, no cable available, and aircards don't get a decent enough signal to be anything other that infuriatingly slow! (I am on an aircard right now, hoping to find an answer to my issue...!
Please help me if possible!!
