I am in Arlington VA and I have not had landline service since the derecho hit. I had a HORRIBLE experience with a customer service rep when I called at work. I caught him in 2 lies and the 3rd was that someone was scheduled to come to my home today, Sunday between 8am and 12noon. He sent an email, but nothing had been scheduled. I am a long-time customer and I would like someone to help me through this maze of inertia.
