I noticed I had no dial tone last night and searched the Verizon site for a method of contact. No luck. I tried online chat..Nothing works. This morning I tried the 1 800 VERIZON number and after countless prompts, I waited for 23 minutes with no response. This is unacceptable especially when I am racking up cell phone minutes to call their service line. I am beginning to question their slogan..."we never stop working for you"!
I have exhausted my attempts and welcome some advice on fixing this issue! Maybe 1-800-COMCAST may be able to fix my issue!
