www.verizon.com/fiosvoice. You can only do that with their premium digital voice service. Its officially called fios digital voice and is a voip styled service. If u can log into that site with your verizon user/pass that let's you pay your bill then you can do it. Otherwise you can only do it the traditional way. *72 from the actual number that needs to be forwarded

Verizon offers "Ultra Call Forward" - also known as "Remote Call Forward" - which allows subscribers to dial an 888 number and remotely forward their line to another.

The access number for this service is 888-294-1618. You will need to subscribe to the service and know your 4-digit PIN.
