I switched FIOS Digital voice from 11/11/2011.
I also have FIOS TV & Internet.
From today, I am noticing a weird problem with my telephone line.
1. Whenever I dial my home number from my cell phone, I don't get any ring back tone. But actually home phone rings. When anyone answers, no speech on either side. And occasionally someone else came on line either making calls.
2. I suspected cross wiring or something like that in about last few days.
3. For one week, things were working fine.
4. I tried to ask the other person what is their number just in case to make trouble shooting easier, but in vain.
5. Does it happen with anyone else?
6. I talked to Verizon and asked them to assist.
Verizon: Please help.
