I was shock when my phone do not have a dial tone when I call to change my plan i was not told by the tech that my service will be interrupted now I don't have home phone to use. I called again and they told me they cannot do anything about they have to out source it they screw it up. Now I'm stuck with no home phone I have to use my cell and used my minute to call them. Also my whole plan were change all I ask is the change my phone service.
