Totally Dissatisfied......

I ordered my home phone service on or around 10/11.......I called b4 a bill would be due & made sure they had the correct address 2 send the bill 2.....they said it was correct .....Mind u my service plan was for $24.99 mo. well as of 11/29/11 i haven't received a bill @ all. Then the phone company don't call my contact # but the house saying the mail had been returned 2 verizon...what's up with that?????????ooooooohhhhhh but listen on the net my bill says it is $$$$$$ 59.28....remind u no installation charges were 2 be charged & it was a unl. local/long distance plan.....CAN U HELP W/THAT??????????

The site format may have changed a bit. Try this one. The kink is at the bottom of each web page. I have found the Verizon employees here can be most helpful. If you continue to have issues. Please post, and one of them may contact you directly.
