We just decieded yesterday to switch from Double Play (TV/Internet) to Triple Play and cancel our existing VOIP phone to move to Verizon FIOS phone. Last night I went home to check the existing phone jacks since FIOS hooks up to them and found we have NONE! I looked outside and there is no phone company box on the house. Will they install a phone jack for us? Is included in the 'professional installtion'?
