Thank you, Hugo, for your attention and time last night, but as I suspected, Verizon's "promise" that our internet would finally be restored by 6:00 a.m. today has come and gone with no resolution. Hugo suggested I keep track of our progress here, but I see my original post has been deleted. Apparently "several routers had to be taken down" - but FOUR DAYS??? Please, I am getting very frustrated. I'm sick of being told a dozen times a day that Verizon is committed to repairing our service in ____ hours, only to have deadlines come and go. Be honest, at least. If you can't fix the problem, LET ME KNOW, and I'll find another service provider.
