I have had Verizon DSL for 2 months after waiting 2 years to get it. Frequently, the internet light on my Model 6100F goes out or goes red. I have friends experiencing the same issues. By the time I get through all of Verizon's prompts at the repair number, it comes back on. My one friend has timed it and it happens every 4, 8 or 12 minutes.
Is anyone having the same issue? Does anyone have a solution?
