Is verizon throttling twitch.tv? Stream always buffer when speeds are normal? Reminds me of the problem youtube is having the past few months.
Twitch has been having some known capacity problems at night with their bandwidth providers to certain ISPs, something Twitch has openly acknowleded in the past. Folks on other providers in my area (Time Warner Cable, Frontier, all the Wireless providers since the towers are overloaded) see the same thing, and usually have to drop the video quality to 480p or less.
