I've just learned that my home landline service is not working - DSL, however, IS. Came home to check things out, did the NID check, no DT. Earliest repair date is 3/2/11??? R U SERIOUS? 5 DAYS!

Just tried VZ Live Chat - sorry, our office is busy or we're closed for the day. WHAT?!? It's 2 pm EST! What gives?
