Lost phone - no dial tone/busy signal to call following some external electrical re-wiring earlier this week in which the power was turned off. Believe this may be the cause of the problem. Wondering if this Verizon can somehow re-set w/o having to actually come out on a service call (currently scheduled for tomorrow-no specific time assigned).
