Any one Help please!

does anyone know how to set up Verizon internet with Windows Vista? I got lop top with Windows Vista;

I tried few things but it told me that my system is not compatible (not compatible to WHAT?)

On my PC I have windows XP,

Try Verizon HELP but it does not exist!!!!
