Why am I getting the download speed only 1.6-1.8 MB between 7PM to 11PM in the past month? I have 3MB plan.
Is there anyone experiencing the same situation? I live in Claremont, CA 91711.

#1 The brand and model of your modem.
#2 The brand and model of your router.
#3 What is the OS and version that is on your computer.
