I have a subscription for VISS where monthly payments are added to my phone bill. I have had the subscription for a few years.
Lately I have been getting the message to activate my account which had been done some time ago. Now when I try to activate my account I get the message that I have to buy another license because I am using three.
I only have the VISS installed on my laptop and my desktop but I keep getting the same results whenever I try to follow the instructions to active my subscription.
Does anyone know of a way I can solve this problem without canceling my subscription?
