Would you believe I just had to file an FCC complaint against Verizon? When my father died last month, Verizon DISCONNECTED my mother's telephone service for OVER A WEEK. When they finally reconnected it, they had downgraded her service from Verizon Fios Digital Voice to Fios Regular Phone. Now, she can't receive incoming calls. I don't know if the service change is the cause or not because they WILL NOT switch it back to what she was before THEY disconnected her. Anyone have any idea if complaining with the FCC about service gets results? Any suggestions about where else to complain? I can't believe they would do this to senior lady whose husband just died!
