Error connecting to Verizon dial-up

I receive Error 691 when attempting to connect to Verizon via dial-up.

The error message is "access denied because the username and/or password was invalid on the domain".

I am sure both the username and password are correct since I accessed dial-up on my "old computer" with them.

The problem has arisen with my new computer. Any advice?

Generally this happens when you have not created any account with Verizon for DIALUP

Please call us at 1-800-567-6789 Billing to setup a Manual Registration for you.

They would give you surname and password along with Access numbers.

Also if you have any trouble you can call the same number for technical support
