I just signed up for High Speed Internet Enhanced. It was supposed to be activated on 6/21. Is there anything I need to do to on my computer to activate the service? Or will it be activated and automatically be put into service without my having to do anything on my end?
Also, the promotion I received in the mail indicated the Enhanced srevice would be free for 1 year. Yet the e mail confirmation I received is this: "Our records now indicate your package is Change to Enhanced MTM-$34.99(L)-Speed Upgrade-$10 off 3 Mo.**" Am I reading it wrong or does it say "$10 off 3 Mo.? What happened to the free year?
