I have Verizon DSL sevice. For several months and numerous phone calls to tech support (India), I was unable to solve the problem. My DSL speed slows slows significantly as I use the network. I have a Westell 7500 modem and I have to power off the modem to get the speed back. In most
cases, the speed returns but not at the maximum. I am very disappointed in the tech support area;as they just put me through the same
routine each time I call. Any thoughts?
