I CREATED A NEW SUB MAILBOX, AND FOR GOT MY PASS CODE. I TRIED USING MY GENERAL PASS CODE BUT IT DIDNT WORK. ANY CLUE HOW TO RESET IT SO I CAN CHECK MY MSGS?

if you do a live chat, then have a copy of your bill handy, they usually ask me for my account number.
