What's up with this. I live in the 716 area code. Today I tried to call a local number and got a message that an area code is required.
A new feature / benefit?
Ohh I am in the 716 area code but don't have a home phone so will have to ask friends with home phones if they are getting this. Mary
I just switched to Verizon FIOS and I too got the same message that an area code was required. I'm in the (914) area code and so upset that they never told me this before I made the switch. so annoying!!!!!
