An increase in SPAM the last two days

It seems like there was a big increase in SPAM in the last two days, not caught by Verizon/Yahoo. A lot of it came from panda-mail.com. I put a filter to block panda-mail.com, but the SPAM keeps coming. Is something not working with Verizon/Yahoo SPAM blocking?
